August – September, Australia has given a strong team for the two-test series in Bangladesh. The 13-member squad does not have pacemen Mitchell Starc and left-arm spinner Steven O’Brien.
Stark was unable to play at the end of the tour due to a foot injury during his tour of India in February. Cricket Australia said it is still recovering from the ongoing Champions Trophy in England but the pace bowler has not yet fully recovered. So he was not included in the team for the tour of Bangladesh.

Steven Smith will arrive in Dhaka on August 18 to play two Test series. The two-day warm-up match will be held on 22-23 August, in Fatullah. The first test will start in Dhaka on August 27th. The second and final Test in Chittagong will begin on 4 September.
